Poll Results: Who would you pick as president?

So I had a poll up for the past week asking who would people pick if they didn’t have Huckabee or Ron Paul as one of their choices for president. Since I do consider this a conservative blog, the results I got were quite surprising. Take a look:

Who would you pick as President?
Selection   Votes
Hillary Clinton 27% 4
John McCain 7% 1
Barack Obama 47% 7
Mitt Romney 20% 3
15 votes total

Given, I only had fifteen people vote but still, that is a disproportionate amount of people for both Hillary and Obama. I sure hope that isn’t representative of what the populous is going to be voting come November.

Poll: Who would you pick as President?

For this poll, if it came down to any two of these four as the respective party nominees, who would you pick?

Some of you may be wondering why Huckabee’s name didn’t appear on my list. I didn’t include it because I wanted this poll to have the worst case scenarios (Ron Paul would be considered worst case but is irrelevant at the moment). Also, since I am a blogger for Huckabee, I get a lot of traffic from his site. This would obviously help to skew the results in his favor.

Poll Results: What will the next President be?

I had a poll going for the last week asking what party the next president will belong to. Because Ron Paul is just so out there, I decided he deserved to be his own party. Here are the results I got:

What will the next President be?
Selection Votes
A Democrat 50% 7
A Republican 36% 5
Ron Paul 14% 2
14 votes total

Yea, not too big of a sample size but considering that this is a conservative website, you would think that more people would have a positive (Republican) outlook about the next election. Then again, maybe people have just resigned themselves to the fact that either Barack or Hillary is going to have a lot easier time getting elected than the current lot of Republicans. I’m still hoping that a lot will change in the coming months.
