Obama Kissed Jill Biden on the lips?
I swear I saw this but I’m not entirely sure. When I tried to get a screen capture of it, I could only get the “alternative shot” from CNN live. Here is the shot I got:
Anybody else see this / get a better angle or was I just plain seeing things?

The angle from CSPAN captured it. But it went away. I swear he did it. In the south that just ain’t cool.
ya! I noticed that too and thought I was the only one who noticed it…. but that was definitely a kiss on the lips
oh my gosh! i was soooo embarrassed for him! you could tell he was thrown off by it. bummer. biden’s speach was great though.
I thought i was the only one who saw it, but don’t make it a big deal. We all know that it was a mistake, and it was not meant to be!
That was seriously a smacker right on the lips. And it lingered a little too…too weird!

Thrown off by it? I don’t think so. He looked pretty happy. It really ended the night badly because it WAS embarrassing — and disappointing for the people who are there and at home supporting him. Very unprofessional and not at all okay. Left me feeling really creeped out – like he was at a party after a few drinks instead of at the frickin Democratic National Convention. I think it was more him than her – she left the stage sort of unnerved after that.

after i saw the kiss tonite i googled around and, gee, they need to stop that.
Lala…you are so overdramatic. It was a KISS!!! You’ve never aimed for the cheek and accidently kissed part of someone’s mouth? It wasn’t at all inappropriate.
Stop making a mountain out of a molehill and leave the dramatics to acting class.
Thing is if you look at the first picture where he kisses Jill Biden on the lips it looks like she’s got her lips puckered towards him too. I wonder if that’s because the Biden family kiss each other on the lips so she did that automatically.
Whatever…the final point was that it has been done several times, not just once by mistake.
It is inappropriate in my opinion for a presidential candidate to be that familiar – in public – with the wife of a potential vice-president.
